Alcune soluzioni per ricavare lo UUID di un determinato disco ( es. per aggiungerlo in /etc/fstab ) blkid ls /dev/disk/by-uuid sudo vol_id -u <partition> L’utilizzo dello UUID in fstab al posto del classico /dev/xxx serve ad evitare che nell’eventualità di un cambio ordine di collegamento dei dischi si perda il mount degli stessi http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=349376

Highlight the line that begins kernel ………, press e |

Go to the very end of the line, add rw init=/bin/bash |

press enter, then press b to boot your system. |

Your system will boot up to a passwordless root shell. |
